Standard Attended Parking: Convenient parking is always readily accessible along the historic streets of downtown Frankfort and inside the spacious, multi-level Sullivan Garage located on Ann Street.
Mobility & Accessibility Accommodations: We believe that world-class performing arts should be seamlessly accessible to everyone. For guests navigating mobility or physical accessibility challenges, we are pleased to provide exclusive parking arrangements within the adjacent, privately owned St. Clair Garage, located directly off Catfish Alley.
Our Concierge Curb-to-Seat Service Workflow
1. Advance Notification: Please reach out to our team a few days prior to your scheduled show to request accessibility accommodations.
2. Arrival Alert: Simply send us a text message when you are close to the venue.
3. Curb-side Assistance: Our dedicated staff will meet you at the intersection of Main Street and St. Clair Street with a wheelchair if required, guiding you safely to your designated seat while your companion or driver parks the vehicle.

PRIVATE VENUE RENTALS
The cost of renting the Grand Theatre varies with the type of event/production, size of production, technical requirements, status of organization renting (profit or non-profit), day of the week and number of performances/event days.
Minimum Pricing Benchmarks:
– Short-Term Baseline: Minimum cost is $600 plus a certificate of insurance for two hours or less.
– Promoter & Live Music Level: Rental by a promoter or music group is likely a minimum cost of $2,000 plus insurance.
Operational Focus: Outside rental is not our priority. We manage most of our events along with those of local non-profits or community arts organizations. Rental will not be initially discussed by phone. All prospective clients must submit details using our formal application layout below.
